The evil friendster and Mesenger

Are they really tht evil?does they affect your studies?Of cz? but if you know how to control yourself, It's still okay..
My father says tht i'm obsess with friendster, but actually idid not spend alot of time in friendster,I have to check my friendster daily to check my comment and testi, so i dun think tht it's affecting my studies....another thing is msn and yahoo mesenger, sometimes my father says tht i spend alot of time on my msn...but y? it's bcz, i'm from KL, i change so many school and has so many friends, so when i see them online, then i'l get very excited and chat with them for about half an hour...but i only chat like 2-3 weeks once, so it should be a problem rite?maybe my father is very scared tht i do not get my straight A this year....

I'm jz doing it to destress myself, so i think tht it is still resonable.
